Kiss your guests goodbye

Kiss goodbye Disney

Disney does a lot of things right. But one thing they do better than almost any other company in the world is kiss their guests goodbye.
Image Alt That’s right…there’s a kiss waiting for you at the end of a long day at the Magic Kingdom. It’s an unpublished Disney secret that most nights, approximately 20 to 30 minutes after the park’s official closing time, guests experience one more magical moment. Disney woos you with a presentation of lights, music, and fanfare at Cinderella’s Castle to wish guests and cast a goodnight — and it just may be the most memorable guest goodbye in the world. Interesting thing is, only a handful of park guests – or those in the know – take the time to experience the kiss on any given night. But once they do…they’ll never forget it.
Image Alt As DisneyTouristBlog.com author Tom Bricker explains, ?After a long day in the parks, we can’t help but just stop and watch the Kiss Goodnight, completely frozen and unable to move. For us, the combination of the beautiful light display and hearing about the meaning Walt Disney wanted the parks to have for guests does it every time. The Kiss Goodnight basically embodies and reminds us exactly why it’s so great to be a Disney fan. It absolutely belongs on everyone’s Disney Bucket List.?
As guests are leaving the park, they’re already thinking about when they will return. Do you say goodbye to your guest like that…yearning for more…for one more magical moment? How do you “kiss” your guests goodbye?
